What we do and do not do
Interior perimeter drainage in Akron runs $65-130 per linear foot, against $300-1,500 for the downspout and grading work we suggest trying first.

- We pass each enquiry to one independent local contractor. Not several.
- We do not perform waterproofing and we are not structural engineers.
- We do not rank or review contractors.
How we make money
A flat monthly fee from the contractor for the enquiries we pass on - not a commission. In a trade where the most profitable product is also the most expensive one, that structure matters: we gain nothing from you buying a $12,000 system when $600 of downspout work would have done it.
That is not a rhetorical point. The order of operations on our home page - gutters, grading, sump, then interior drainage - costs us money when it works. It is still the right order.
